Frequently Asked Questions
How are legal fees determined?
Legal fees are set in accordance with the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff (AAÜT), taking into account the nature of the matter, the effort required, the expertise needed and the time involved. For complex commercial disputes, criminal cases and international matters, hourly or fixed-fee alternatives may be offered. A written fee agreement is prepared for all our services.
Is the initial consultation paid?
Our preliminary assessment meeting provides you with a general roadmap regarding the nature of your matter and the necessary legal strategy. The consultation fee may vary according to the time required to review the file; clear information on this is shared at the time of the appointment.
Do you serve foreign-national clients?
Yes. We advise international clients, primarily in English. We provide end-to-end support in company formation in Türkiye, citizenship by investment (USD 400,000), real-estate acquisition, tax compliance and cross-border arbitration.
Can I track my case through UYAP?
Yes. You can view the status of your file through the UYAP Citizen Portal. In addition, our office regularly updates clients on progress; you are informed before critical stages (hearings, notifications, decisions).
Can services be received digitally from outside Türkiye?
For clients located outside Türkiye, we provide services regardless of distance through power-of-attorney arrangements (apostille/approval via local Turkish consulates), digital contract management with e-signature and online meetings.
In which cities do you provide services?
Our head office is in Istanbul, and we provide litigation and advisory services throughout Türkiye. Thanks to the UYAP system, cases can be handled regardless of physical location.
